By placing an order,you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

通過下標訂單，您已同意購買產品並尊守以下條款和商品條件，並確認所有訂單的情況和價格。

1.2 Pricing and Availability 標價與庫存

All prices are as stated on the shop website but Eszter Chen shop reserves the right to revise the price and availability of products at any time without notice. Some items' price may be revised for promotional purpose. 

所有商品價格與庫存均已在商店網站上聲明，但Eszter Chen 商店保留隨時更改產品價格和庫存情況的權利，恕不另行通知。某些價格會因促銷活動目的而更改。

1.3 Payment 付款方式

:ATM transfer  匯款轉帳

Please contact us for your order through contact page or via email including item name, option, amount and total price and notice the availability of your item. Once we confirm your order please make transfer within 3 days.

1.4 Shipping 運費與配送方式

Regardless of the number of item, shipping and handling fee is NT$60 for domestic shipping. International shipping and handling fee is from NT$100-NT$300. Shipping method includes Chunghua Post Co. (Taiwan post office ) for international and domestic, and Familymart store pick for domestic. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.

台灣本島不論數件運費一律NT$60， 海外運費約NT$100到NT$300。 國內和海外配送方式由郵局寄出，國內可用全家店對店取貨。

國內配送時間約1個禮拜工作天，海外配送約1到2個禮拜工作天。

1.5 Return Policy 退貨須知

All items are final sale , no returns are accepted unless approved condition. Please contact through contact page or email for any questions.
